Job Description
- Proficient knowledge of mold making techniques, materials, and processes.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, CAD software, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and Injection Molding Defects and Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve mold-related issues.
- Attention to detail and precision to ensure molds meet specific design specifications.
- Solid mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to handle various tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to mold making.
- Document and maintain accurate records of mold specifications, modifications, repairs activities after trial.
- Should be basic in NX and AutoCAD.
- Able to make Mould making independently.
- Candidate should have knowledge in GD & T.
- Able to guide the team members.
- Should have good knowledge regarding all the machining.
