■Requirements
・At least 5 years' experience as a Product Manager working on software products.
・Experience leading product discovery using lean/agile principles.
・Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
・Proven ability to champion customer needs and execute roadmaps for excellent outcomes.
・Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
・Flexible attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
・Business-level Japanese communication skills (verbal) are a plus, as is experience with automotive, mobile, or navigation software products.
