○ Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical engineering matters with
clients and stakeholders.
○ Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
○ Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project execution.
7. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
○ Promote and ensure adherence to HSE standards and practices.
○ Participate in HSE audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with at
least 5 years in a senior management role within the EPC/Pharma EPC/
Semiconductor/ FMCG EPC industry.
● Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is
preferred.
● Skills:
○ Strong leadership and project management skills.
○ In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
○ Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
○ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
● Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
