- Diploma in Tool and Die Making / Post Diploma in Tool Design (NTTF / CITD / IGTR / CIPET)
- BE with Injection Mould Design Experience
Experience:
- 2–4 years in plastic injection mould design

- Proficiency in UGNX, AutoCAD Mechanical, and MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hot Runner, Cold Runner moulds, 2-plate and 3-plate mould design, Side Core, and Lifter moulds.
- DFM Creation: Develop Design for Manufacturing (DFM) for components, factoring in gate points, runner selection, parting lines, cooling processes, part orientation, tooling concepts, etc.
- Software Proficiency: High proficiency in NX and AutoCAD for 2D/3D model creation.
- Independent Designing: Ability to independently handle mould design tasks.
- Part Feasibility: Provide feasibility analysis for part design and assemblies.
- GD&T Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Tool Manufacturing & Defects: Familiarity with tool manufacturing processes and injection moulding defects.
- Customer Drawings: Ability to read and interpret customer drawings.
- Design Analysis: Proficiency in conducting design analysis.
- Team Leadership: Capable of guiding team members and managing technical tasks.
- Machining & Assembly Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of machining and mould assembly.
