■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a related field
・3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
・Experience working in a fast-paced environment
・Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
・Fluent in Japanese and English
・Experience working with medical devices is a plus
・Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
・Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
