Role Overview As Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in our human resources function, with a primary focus on recruitment activities and supporting HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and contributing to the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment 1. Establish and develop the recruitment department while designing and implementing effective processes. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers of domestic and international offices (Europe & US) to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions as per need. 3. Work with domestic and international recruitment platforms, agencies to source and attract diverse candidates through various channels, ensuring an inclusive candidate pool. 4. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and assist in the interview process. 6. Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates. HR Generalist 7. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 8. Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations. 9. Manage employee exits, update exit checklist, and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to have better coordination for the overall execution of the tasks assigned. Qualifications: Master/ bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 8-10 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
