Lead the architecture and development of sophisticated agentic AI solutions that power

Design and implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to
enhance the capabilities of our AI platform
Develop and integrate tools that enable AI-driven task automation for financial workflows
Build Text-to-SQL solutions that translate natural language into complex MDX queries
across OLAP data structures
Create and maintain AI systems that process natural language input while maintaining
accuracy in financial data analysis
Implement and refine evaluation frameworks for measuring and improving LLM
performance
Architect and develop scalable AI solutions using AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda,
SQS, API Gateway, OpenSearch)
Collaborate with the AI Product Owner and LLM Operations Engineer to ensure
seamless integration of AI capabilities
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the AI team
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve
complex financial analysis challenges
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal
qualities, and education.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML
development
Advanced Python programming skills with experience building production applications
using Flask or FastAPI
Expert knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, vector databases,
and embeddings
Experience working with leading LLM platforms including OpenAI SDK, LiteLLM, and
AWS Bedrock
Demonstrated expertise in developing agentic AI solutions and tool integration
frameworks
Strong knowledge of Text-to-SQL techniques and natural language processing
Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, and
OpenSearch
Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., auto-evaluators like LLM-as-Judge)
Experience with LLM Operations platforms like Langfuse and monitoring tools like
Datadog
Strong system design and architecture skills for complex AI applications
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located
