Randstad Brampton is seeking a skilled Production Worker with spray painting expertise for a dynamic company. This role is primarily focused on spray painting, with additional warehousing duties as needed. The spray painting component will require approximately one week of work per month, with the remaining three weeks dedicated to warehousing tasks such as picking orders, shipping/receiving, and putting away parcels. This role is Monday to Friday, day shift, with a competitive pay rate. This role offers a unique blend of spray painting and warehousing tasks, providing diverse experience and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Masking units
- Apply paint using pot fed system and cup gun style.
- Perform touch-ups and ensure quality finishes
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Picking Orders for assembly
- Shipping and Receiving
- Completing put aways

Qualifications
- Experience spray painting with a pressurized pot system required
- Experience painting machinery or staining wood with a spray system an asset
- Experience with hand tools
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent attendance
