Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor accounts receivable, including the aging report.
Plan and recommend actions for debt recovery, including negotiating payment plans.
Generate and send account statements and reminders to clients, ensuring proactive communication.
Collaborate with lawyers and management to resolve billing issues and provide financial recommendations.
Analyze key performance indicators and optimize collection strategies.
Participate in annual audits and financial projects for the firm.
Qualifications
Degree in accounting, administration, or equivalent.
Excellent analytical skills.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in collections, ideally in professional services.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with advanced Excel expertise.
Knowledge of Maître or Elite 3E software is a significant asset.
Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
