What You'll Do: As a Specialist Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with packages of care tailored to individual needs
- Provide support for individuals with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for those you support
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in complex care, challenging behaviour, and autism support
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Requirements: Must be a car driver to travel across the Central Belt, Must have over 3 years UK care experience.
