As a Specialist in Customer Service and Anti-Fraud Compliance, your responsibilities will include:
-Analyzing refund requests and ensuring timely processing
-Handling customer calls regarding product returns
-Conducting analysis on anti-fraud systems to detect suspicious activities
-Demonstrating courtesy and proactive communication in client interactions
-Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and telephone interviews
-Professionally managing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
-Utilizing CRM and other tech-savvy tools for data analysis and complaint management
Qualifications
For the position of Specialist in Customer Service and Anti-Fraud Compliance, the qualifications sought are:
- Proven experience in customer service and effective complaint management
- Perfect bilingualism (French and English)
- Knowledge of anti-fraud processes, a significant asset
- Ability to handle a high volume of fraud incidents
