As a Solutions Architect & Pre Sales Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:

• Understand the full range of solutions and services offered, and be able to effectively communicate and present them to clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and run Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions as required to showcase the value of the solutions.
• Engage in discussions with clients to understand their needs and requirements across on-premises, multi-cloud, hybrid, public, or private cloud environments.
• Have a solid understanding of network protocols, communication ports, and security requirements at the network, cloud, and endpoint levels, enabling you to suggest appropriate solutions
• Grasp the different demands across IT, IoT, and OT environments, and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each
• Work closely with customers to customize the design of solutions to fit their specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration of services
• Proactively identify gaps in the customer’s infrastructure and create awareness of the need for solutions that will enhance security and performance
• Handle RFPs and tender documentation, ensuring you understand all technical requirements, and manage the bidding process, including gathering necessary compliance documents and certifications
• Lead the development of technical and financial proposals, structuring them clearly
• Respond to technical specification sheets and compliance matrices, leveraging available documentation and consulting with manufacturers only when necessary.

At least 2 years experience in similar position

• Excellent communication skills & team spirit
• Fluency in both English and Greek

• Experience and knowledge in areas including Cloud Security, Network Security, Data Center Security, Endpoint & Email Security, Anti-Fraud & Application Security, Automated Assessment Controls, Security Operations, Monitoring, and Analytics
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with network protocols, cloud architectures, and security solutions in diverse environments (IT, IoT, OT)
• Ability to design and implement tailored solutions based on customer needs and existing assets
• Experience with RFP processing and bid management, including the creation of detailed technical and financial proposals
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to creating opportunities for solution sales
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and the ability to respond to technical compliance matrices using available resources such as datasheets and white papers
