About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architecture Specialist with expertise in Siebel environments to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, upgrading, and enhancing our Siebel architecture while ensuring seamless operations in on-premise or cloud-hosted environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Siebel upgrade projects from versions earlier than IP17 to versions later than IP18.
- Assess and document new Siebel architecture design and infrastructure footprint.
- Conduct comprehensive sizing reviews to determine current and future needs for servers and databases.
- Provide expert guidance on Siebel server and security configurations to ensure compliance and robustness.
- Oversee and guide the installation and setup of Siebel environments.
- Drive DevOps improvements within the Siebel environment to enhance efficiency and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Siebel upgrades across multiple versions.
- Strong knowledge of Siebel hosted on both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and document complex Siebel architectures.
- Expertise in sizing infrastructure requirements to meet organisational needs.
- Solid understanding of server and security configurations in Siebel environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and the ability to identify and implement improvements.
