Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing software engineering teams, with the ability to adapt leadership styles to different team dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience in managing software projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to drive results, foster innovation, and maintain high levels of motivation within teams.
