We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Team Manager to lead and nurture high-performing, partially autonomous software engineering teams. Additionally, you will oversee work processes, contribute to operational outcomes, and report directly to the Engineering Manager of the Radar Core Segment and the Head of Discipline Software Engineering.
