They foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact the development of advanced automotive technology.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Project Lead, you will be responsible for the successful execution of software projects for our intelligent cockpit products. You will lead a dedicated team, manage project budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary customer liaison for a range of software domains. You will guide your team to deliver high-quality software that meets customer expectations and exceed industry standards. ■Requirements
・University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology) or Business Administration.
・Proven track record of successfully leading complex, high-value projects in a global setting.
・Expertise in planning and managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.
・Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and manage interdependencies.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience working with Japanese OEMs is a significant plus.
