This is a locality team which works with children and families across child in need, child protection, Public Law Outline and care proceedings.
The office location has access to good transport links and there is amply free parking.
At North the team and managers are very supportive, and are very available and approachable for advice and guidance.
There is a good package of both mandatory and optional training/learning opportunities and good management and Advanced Practitioner support.
Caseloads are very manageable and there is robust reflective supervision both case and personal provided every 4 weeks.
Key roles are completing statutory visits, chairing review meetings and being responsible for driving plans forward to achieve positive outcomes, recognising and responding to risk, safety planning, completing a variety of assessments, direct work with children and families, making referrals, and advocating for families.
Pay rate: £35ph
Minimum Requirements:
-SWE Registration
-2 year post qualifying experience within UK
-Eligibility to work in the UK
