This is a pioneering role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to shape and execute the firm’s social media and community engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in amplifying the brand's presence on X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and other key social media channels, while also fostering a vibrant and informed community of users, investors, and enthusiasts.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and community engagement strategies tailored to the DeFi/crypto audience.
• Manage and grow the firm’s presence on X, Discord, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Act as the face and voice of the brand on social media, including publishing content, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the community.
• Create and share insightful commentaries on DeFi, Layer 1/2 blockchain technologies, and real-world tokenization trends to position the firm as a thought leader.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align social media initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor platform analytics and KPIs to optimize performance and drive growth.
