about the requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications.
