Title: Site Operative / Production Operative

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Shifts: 12 hour shifts, Days and Nights (alternating)
Salary: Circa £30,000 - £34,000 per annum + 10% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Overtime Available
The Company:
My client is a national energy recovery company, with over 300 sites across the country. This ethical, sector leading firm is seeking an experienced recycling operative with a background working on industrial environments to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:
The ideal candidate would be a competent site operative within an automated environment e.g. waste, manufacturing or production experience. You will be expected to keep the site tidy and keep the equipment clean as well as fix basic production machinery onsite including conveyors, roller, pumps and more
There is a lot of progression and training available with this position, many new starters have ended up in senior positions on 10k more within less than 2 years of starting this position. We welcome junior applicants with the right mind set and enthusiasm to learn and progress.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience on a automated site e.g. manufacturing / production
- Picking and packing experience
- Hold a forklift licence / H&S qualifications
- Previous experience cleaning / handling basic maintenance on machinery / mechanical equipment such as conveyors, rollers, pumps, valves or other.
