Responsibilities
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize the presentation of products on the website.
Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
Analyze site metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
Ensure all products are accurately categorized and displayed with compelling visuals and descriptions.
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging product imagery and banners.
Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Use A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize site performance and increase conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on site performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a related role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
