What do you need to qualify for this role?
- A completed MBO or HBO degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager
- Lead and manage EHS operations on-site.
- Manage a team of up to 15 technicians and oversee daily operations with 80+ people.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cost, quality, and schedule targets.
- Manage site risks, implement countermeasures, and report escalations.
- Act as the main customer liaison on-site.
- Contribute to Service KPIs and reporting.
