Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a bespoke commercial schemes. In this role, successful applicants will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager with a passion for craftsmanship and innovation to work on truly unique and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities, from initial setup to final handover, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and trades, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and excellence.
- Ensure that all site operations adhere to strict health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Maintain rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets our exacting standards and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a smooth project experience.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly, using your experience and initiative to find effective solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and any adjustments to the project plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a focus on bespoke or high-end commercial projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standard.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
