Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We're hiring on behalf of a well-established, family-run contractor with a turnover of £150m and a strong presence in the West Midlands construction market. Our client is renowned for their commitment to quality and delivering outstanding results across the region. This exciting role will see you manage a £30m industrial project in South Birmingham, encompassing the construction of four new industrial units and the recladding of an existing unit.
The Role: As Site Manager, you'll oversee key aspects of this complex project, working closely with a co-Site Manager to ensure seamless progress and top-quality execution. You'll be responsible for site operations, quality control, health and safety compliance, and managing trades and subcontractors. With a focus on maintaining a high standard of work and meeting deadlines, this role requires strong leadership and exceptional organisational skills.
