We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our clients team and lead this critical initiative to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, contractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labor to maximise productivity and minimise waste.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in water or waste water projects.
- Certifications: Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills; proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of waste water treatment processes and environmental regulations.
