Looking for a Site Manager to join a Reactive Major works contract based in Islington on a contract basis for at least 5 months with opportunity for extension
£25.00 paye or £32.33 + permits paid for (no CIS options available)
We are after someone who has experience working on similar projects ideally on internal and external repairs projects and decorations. Undertaking reactive major works, roof replacements, kitchen, bathrooms etc
- Preparing detailed specifications of required works promptly after joint site visits with a building surveyor
- Visiting properties to assess the scope of works, ensuring they align with the matrix
- Conducting post-inspections of completed works to identify any issues or snagging
- Performing spot checks on contractors during ongoing works and addressing on-site concerns
- Communicating with tenants, leaseholders, and freeholders
You will need:
- SMSTS
- H&S Qualification
- UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
