Reporting directly to the allocated Site Manager you will be responsible in helping the daily operations of a busy site in particular co-ordinating the Subcontractors, Quality Assurance and Safety. You will have worked for a Tier 1,2 or 3 Australian builder on commercial projects or similar projects over $2 million AUD.

Duties:

• Coordination of trades, site personnel and subcontractors
• QA & OHS
• Design Management - Formalising RFI’s raised.
• SWMS
• HSEQ
• Client coordination
• Variations
• Documenting site activity
• Compliance and monitoring of WHS
• Tendering / Budget reporting

Requirements:

• Construction Management or equivalent Diploma.
• Australian Experience working in a similar capacity for a Tier 1 ,2, 3 Builder.
• 3 years experience working on Commercial / High Rise / New Build Projects over $5 million.
• High communication skills and attention to detail
• Be hungry to fast track up the ranks in a bustling environment.
