Role Overview:
As the Siebel Application Developer Lead, you will oversee the technical delivery of Siebel-related projects, providing expertise in development, configuration, and integration. Your hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI IP18 onwards and leadership of technical teams will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Siebel Technical Team in designing, developing, and implementing Siebel solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Siebel Open UI IP18+ configuration, EAI, EIM, Siebel eScripts, MS SQL databases, and web services.
• Develop and implement CTI integration's, BIP reporting solutions, and manage deployments across on-prem and cloud-hosted environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and align solutions with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of Siebel applications.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster technical growth and deliver excellence.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, organisational standards, and security requirements, including NV1 clearance protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Siebel Developer, with a strong background in Siebel Open UI IP18+ and related technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex Siebel projects successfully.
• Expertise in Siebel EAI, EIM, MS SQL, Siebel eScripts, and web services.
• Knowledge of CTI integration, BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher), and cloud-based Siebel solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) is mandatory.
