Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch facility maintenance services to businesses across the city. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, overseeing a team of talented maintenance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Coordinate and prioritise work orders, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, materials used, and equipment condition.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and growth.
Requirements:
MUST BE HVAP
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the facility maintenance industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance practices and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and clients.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergency situations, if necessary.
