Responsibilities:
Production Management.Monitor the Production Status and identify improvement priorities to ensure delivery; Closely work with Supply Chain team to understand the overall customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower ;
Quality Management.Implement TEOA related Tools in plant and identify key quality improvement priorities, supervise and monitor quality status; Lead problem solving process in order to meet quality targets.
EHS Management.Implement and monitor EHS policies in order to ensure compliance with company regulation; Report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS.
Continue Improvement (TEOA).Work with TEOA team to develop proper working process to optimize and solve specific problems in operation ;fully support TEOA implementation and response for on line execution in order to ensure continue improvement
Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in manufacturing
5+ years in manager role
Solid knowledge in lean principles and tools
Strong people management ability
Willing to burden high pressure
Good at English
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Good SAP operation skills, PO management practice experience
Good office application skills
Excellent interpersonal and people communication skills
Familiarity with working in teams across functions and countries in a matrix organization is required.
