POSITION TITLE: Manager – Ecommerce, JPN MarketREPORTS TO: Senior Manager – Ecommerce, APACPOSITION SUMMARY:· Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce APAC, this Manager is responsible for all aspects of digital business to drive business growth and develop the best-in-class ecommerce platform in Japan.· This role will closely work with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Logistics, IT and the business partners to manage ecommerce business, improve customer experience and drive profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES:· Support to manage P&L for the ecommerce business across Japan.· Support to expand against the digital business plan, ensuring a consistent ecommerce presence across platforms within the country while maintaining regional and local relevancy.· Achieve sales and margin targets by implementing digital strategy and initiatives that will drive traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability. · Define and lead enhancement road map and implementation of an exceptional consistent, brand-enhancing and compelling end-to-end customer experience.· Lead and develop a data-driven and consumer centric approach to optimize business growth by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, capturing larger basket sizes and managing margin performance. · Oversee digital assortment, site merchandising and inventory management through a close collaborations with merchandising, product planning and buying teams to present the optimal assortment to drive revenue and optimize user experience based upon an understanding of the on-site path to purchase. · Oversee day to day operations, weekly refreshes, seasonal product launch, campaign and promotions, content management, order fulfillment, logistics and post-sales customer services.· Support to implement processing procedures and excellent in operation approaches to manage digital business.· Monitor, analyze and recommend actionable insights to improve web functionality, enhance consumer engagement, improve conversion and build acquisition and retention.· Other project and responsibilities as assigned.
求められる経験
· 3-5 years of related experience in ecommerce/regional landscape.
· Experience working in brands, ecommerce operations, ecommerce platforms or marketplaces with a track record of achievements.
