Our client adapt to market needs through various business units and foster a collaborative workplace, implementing strategies tailored to the Japanese market while pursuing a global vision.【Role and Responsibilities】As the Services Commercial Lead, you will create and implement strategies for the Services business across multiple units, driving overall success. You'll define Go-To-Market strategies aligned with market objectives and ensure smooth product introductions.【Main Tasks Include】・Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies for assigned product, solution, and service portfolios in alignment with market objectives and overall marketing goals.・Collaborate closely with Business Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure smooth product introductions.・Serve as a central point of contact, supporting sales and clinical teams by aligning market needs with business strategy.・Drive the creation of comprehensive value propositions to achieve profitable growth within service offerings.・Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategies across complex market channels.・Contribute to corporate development by refining methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to ensure budgets and schedules align with corporate standards.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
・10+ years of experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medical technology products and solutions.
・Expertise in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies and managing complex portfolios.
・Experience as a cross-functional leader within dynamic market or matrix structures.
・Fluent in both English and Japanese.
・LEAN Advanced Certification preferred.
