In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of services within established standards, coordinating with various teams, and driving continuous improvements.

key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Package Managers and Department Leads to validate service delivery, timelines, and scope.
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to ensure business continuity.
- Verify charges align with Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.
- Manage PO revisions and resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices.
- Ensure timely issuance of POs, coordinating with internal teams.
- Work with Data and Accounts Payable teams to maintain data accuracy and reduce outstanding invoices.
- Promote correct use of Bulletin of Measurement (BM) forms by service providers.
- Manage and review BM forms submitted by suppliers.
skills
- University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or internal environments.
- Familiarity with local purchasing regulations and legislation.
- Proficiency in purchasing systems and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
