Our medical device client is seeking a Service Engineer to join their technical services team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

As the Service Engineer of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Install and set up medical devices and equipment at customer sites.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment and provide user training.
Perform regular maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on medical devices.
Diagnose and repair faults in medical equipment.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be working closely with the service and sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 1 years of service experience within the medical device business. Candidates with experience working with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), as well as Wireless Access Points and Wireless LAN (WLAN), are preferred.
