There is an urgent need for a contractor (3 month contract) to support the organisation-wide rollout of Teams Calling (a unified communication system integrating voice calls through Microsoft Teams) and Ricoh Cloud Stream, (a cloud-based print management service provided by Ricoh) over the next three months.
Current Status:
- The organisation have completed the pilot for Ricoh Printers and can provide the contractor with documentation. The next phase involves deploying approximately 35 additional printers across the group, ideally to be completed within the next month.
- For the Teams Calling rollout (which includes both hard phones and soft phones using the Teams app for voice calling), we are ready to begin once Telstra numbers are assigned. The rest of the setup has been completed by an external company, so the contractor will be continuing from this point onwards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ricoh Cloud Stream Expertise:
- Direct experience with Ricoh Cloud Stream setup, configuration, and deployment across multiple devices.
- Knowledge of Ricoh printers and their integration with cloud-based print management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues between printers and the network.
- Strong communication skills to train users on the new system.
- Experience providing post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, to ensure a smooth transition.
- Microsoft Teams Calling Expertise:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone System (Teams Calling), including configuring and managing both soft phones (via the Teams app) and hard phones for voice calling.
- Knowledge of Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans for integrating telephony services with Teams.
- Experience with Teams Hard Phones and ensuring their integration with the existing Teams environment.
- Experience migrating users from legacy phone systems to Microsoft Teams Calling, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Ability to provide training and support for end-users on new calling features, including voicemail, call routing, and conferencing.
