About the role

Are you passionate about IT support and providing exceptional customer service? Join a dynamic team as a Helpdesk Analyst and play a pivotal role in managing our IT operations. This Service Desk team is passionate about customer service and supports their fellow colleagues across this organisation.

• Permanent role starting mid January
• Monday - Friday 8-4:30PM
• Hybrid working, 2 days from home 3 days in office ( Monday is Mandatory )
• Plenty of internal support in beginning stages

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the IT helpdesk, managing and resolving incidents, and escalating issues as needed.
• Providing high-quality user support, including troubleshooting computer, networking, telephony, and application issues.
• Administering user accounts and managing IT assets through systems like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploying hardware and software for new and existing staff.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure using tools such as Intune and Microsoft 365 services.
• Supporting the team with cross-functional projects and ensuring health and safety compliance.
