about the role
This role is based in Singapore and involves leading the service delivery team to ensure the seamless provisioning of VoIP services. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process, manage technical configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Additionally, you will lead a team of technical professionals, ensuring quality standards are met and continuous improvements are implemented.
- Manage end-to-end VoIP service provisioning and ensure timely delivery.
- Configure and troubleshoot AudioCodes, Ribbon, Microsoft Teams, and SIP trunk setups.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers for efficient service delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure quality control and conduct audits to enhance service delivery processes.
- Supervise and mentor the provisioning team while managing schedules and resources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service improvement.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and generate reports to track key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and enforce security best practices.
skills and experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in VoIP service delivery, focusing on technical provisioning. Experience with a VoIP carrier is highly desirable.
- Expertise in AudioCodes, Ribbon, Microsoft Teams, and Vodia platforms.
- Strong understanding of SIP protocols, SIP headers, and SIP response codes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Track record of working effectively with carriers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in team supervision, mentorship, and performance management.
- Certifications in AudioCodes, Ribbon, or Microsoft Teams technologies are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation and strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure.
