- Involved in service delivery team for service review, improvement-plan, resources optimization based on contractual deliverables as well as any new opportunity to drive future demand
- Managing stakeholder expectations, regular meetings with stakeholders to build relationship, and translating technical requirements to business requirements
- Monitor to facilitate the vendor engagement based on assigned resources/team for the company
skills and experience required
- At least 3 years of experience as a IT Service Delivery Manager
- Mastery of ITIL principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in English
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, able to handle C-suite stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, or IT applications would be an advantage
- General knowledge of vendor management for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities whenever necessary
