- Address user queries and troubleshoot problems related to the Hospital Information System and its associated components
- Proactively monitor system performance and alerts to maintain optimal functionality and availability
- Deliver IT support services, such as installing applications and performing workstation maintenance and troubleshooting
- Regularly maintain the system, including applying patches, installing software updates, updating data, and upgrading applications
- Collaborate closely with the client's IT team and external vendors to align business needs with the system's capabilities and priorities, ensuring successful outcomes
- Develop and continuously enhance best practices for the support and helpdesk services provided to customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for systems or similar technology
- Skilled in utilizing a variety of troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify and resolve issues
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, vendor management, and people management in an IT services context
- Strong technical proficiency combined with an innovative mindset and a deep sense of curiosity
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users, as well as the ability to effectively problem-solve and utilize analytical thinking
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Capable of working independently and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related discipline
