Responsibilities
-Receive and respond to requests for quotation
-Provide product information, pricing in a form of quotations and invoices.
-Update CRM program.
-Communicate with customers and answer any concern or questions they may have
-Receive and organize information regarding projects
-Ensure that the customers have positive experience from start to finish of the sales process.
Qualifications
-College or bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field is preferred
-Bilingual, French and English. High proficiency in English in writing
-2-3 years of customer service experience
-Must have typing speed over 50 wpm.
-Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
-Strong ability and desire to learn continuously
-Proficient with MS Office suite
