Responsibilities
As part of the position, you will have to perform the following tasks:
- Manage follow-ups with Canadian and American technicians
- Coordinate calls between customers and technicians
- Manage service calls
- Preparation of tenders and contracts
- Follow up on files with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Follow up on technicians' parts inventories
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Bilingualism required, both oral and written
- Have good computer skills (Office suite)
- Have experience in a similar position (administration and customer service)
- Have experience in the manufacturing field, an asset
