You will build and train a high-performing team, optimize service processes, manage inventory, and collaborate closely with global teams. ■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in after-sales support, preferably in the industrial tools sector.
・5+ years of progressive management experience, demonstrating a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
・Proven ability to analyze service performance metrics and implement process improvements.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
・Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
・Experience working with international standards and regulations is advantageous.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
・Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
・Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
・A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
