Responsibilities
• Develop elegant solutions to complex problems
• Drive ideation, concept development, and experience innovation
• Produce sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are faithfully implemented
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the project
• Keep up with the latest design methodologies, practices, and trends
• Engage in observational studies, usability testing, and other forms of customer research
• Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationales effectively
Qualifications
UX Designer experience
Strategic design experience
Must Have Skills:
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences.
• Contributes to shaping the strategic experience design approach for projects and initiatives.
• Prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Axure and Adobe's Creative Suite
• Advanced Figma skills, including advanced prototyping and Figma animations.
• Advanced visual storytelling skills with PowerPoint/presentation decks
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies
Nice to have Skills:
• Human Centered Designer experience
• Animation Skills - Page transition, etc..
• Experience working for Financial Institutions
