We're seeking a talented Senior Test Engineer/Test Lead (RF) to join one of the global leading electronics manufacturers.This role is to be based in Vietnam. This position requires your urgent attention.

- Collaborating with the RF design team to develop and optimize test processes, ensuring consistent production of top-quality products.
- Leveraging your data analysis skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately boosting first-pass yield.
- Transforming into a test detective, utilizing structured problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot complex issues with high-frequency power amplifiers.
- Providing continuous feedback and innovative solutions to the RF design team, fostering a collaborative environment of continuous improvement.
- Building a comprehensive knowledge base by tracking problems, solutions, and successful mitigation techniques for future reference.
- Supporting all stages of the product lifecycle, from new product introductions to existing product transfers, ensuring seamless testing and quality control.
- Demonstrating your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing high-power and RF electronics.
the experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in RF circuit troubleshooting and complex system integration
- Proficiency in using various RF test equipment and associated software
- Strong hands on experience and technical understanding
