About the role:
This amazing client provids a creative, happy and secure environment for children and young people with complex needs and additional communication challenges from across the UK. They have 17 home-from-home, four bedroomed houses for children and young people who need residential support. They also can provide 24-hour care, weekly and termly boarding, and 52-week placement for individuals aged 3-25 years. This opportunity is to support children who are up to 18 years old. All of the homes are based on one site and so no travel is required.
Shift Pattern and Rota:
We have an amazing client who is currently looking for permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) RCP. within this role you will be working a fixed rota
mixed of 7.30am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 10pm and working everyother weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the operational house team of Residential Support Workers to provide person centred care to children with learning disabilities, autism and complex health and social care needs.
Ensure staff have the resources and support to provide the level and quality of service required day to day, plus the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the service.
