Company is looking for a Senior Talent Management Specialist
Ideal candidate must have Talent Management experience.
Must have a HR consultancy background (worked in a consultancy position)
Must have 12-15 years and above experience in these relevant industries.
Candidates from a telecommunications background is preferred, however all industries are welcome.
The ideal talent management specialist will need to drive organisation wide talent management initiatives by shaping a structured Talent Management framework. The incumbent will lead and manage organisation-wide efforts to ensure that talent and performance management are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
General work scope:
... - Build a Data-Driven (and Future Proof) Talent Management Process
- Design and implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage different segments of talent pool
- Design employee career progression path and promotion policies
- Build and implement succession plans to establish an internal talent pipeline that aligns with our business objectives and future workforce requirements
- Provide practical advice to departments and related committees with respect to identifying, selecting, and developing employees
- Develop mentoring and coaching process
- Develop effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce

Incumbent will be reporting to the Head of O&D directly, will be a sole contributor working alongside a Talent Management specialist, and collaborating alongside the HR BP, L&D team, compensation and benefits team , and other COEs.
