The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, from junior and mid-level to some senior-level positions, with the ability to attract, evaluate, and secure top-quality candidates. Besides recruitment, they will handle both local and regional projects.Key Deliverables:•Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.•Plan and implement the hiring strategy.•Ensure effective recruitment while using cost-efficient channels, including direct sourcing.•Lead or participate significantly in various projects.Core Job Responsibilities:•Understand the business context and key requirements for target searches.•Achieve targeted objectives and effectively execute the organization’s strategy.•Develop and manage sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other innovative search methods.•Serve as a crucial point of contact for stakeholder management, integrating the needs of candidates, Hiring Managers, and top Management.•Design recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process to fill vacant positions promptly; create a "ready to deploy" talent pool for future hires.•Streamline all backend activities, including Workday, pre-boarding, documentation, and coordination.•Update status and other weekly and monthly reports, and organize weekly update meetings with Stakeholders / Hiring Managers.•Develop recruitment tools and processes tailored to business needs, including selection and assessment tools, customized sourcing initiatives, and talent management best practices.•Play a key role in projects within APAC or Global TA.•Lead or significantly contribute to local projects/initiatives.•Lead specific recruitment categories such as new graduates, diversity hires, and disability hires.

•Excellent interview and assessment skills; adept at attracting and securing candidates
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
•Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
