Your responsibility include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
