Senior Supply Planner at global food companyPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE-Manage supply planning process (production and material) for long/mid/ short-term horizon-Achieve target customer service levels and finished goods losses by optimizing inventory level-Ensure consistency and development in planning methodology and toolsMain responsibilities-Define stock policy for finished goods, raw materials and packages, weighing serviceand cost/cash targets-Run tactical planning for factory/supplier-Minimize Out of Stock, FG and Material losses, monitor and optimize to set supply schedule bycommunicating with Demand, Distribution, C&P, Marketing and Sales-Anticipate supply risk to propose solution via S&OP process-Break down demand plans within the supply network, considering stock levels and inventory policies,to achieve a feasible mid-term production plan-Assure all materials are available according to short time and long-term demand forecast
