As a a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will
-Strive to meet or exceed business needs relating to quality, delivery, and cost, including ensuring continuity of supply and cost management
-Lead staff of 10+ reports to manage supply chain activities include supply & demand planning, raw material planning, forecasting, inventory management, fulfillment and logistics
-Develop and implement Supply Chain vision, strategic direction, and resource requirements sufficient
-Deliver robust global supply solutions and to build best-in-class planning capabilities to improve customer experience, supply chain costs, and inventory productivit
-Drive appropriate business decisions as to inventory management with the goal to minimize shortages while maximizing inventory turns
-Involve in 3PL negotiation for yearly contract renewal; manage 3PL to ensure effective import and export logistics activities and compliance with customs rules, regulations, and documentation
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder from a recognisable university
-A proven track record of several years in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role
-Experience in FMCH industry or a similar regulated environment is desirable
-Experience in driving operational excellence, optimizing costs, and delivering exceptional customer service through effective logistics management
-Proven Management and/or relationship management experience at a senior, strategic level role
-Strong leadership & negotiation skills; Able to motivate the teammates
-Adaptable to changing circumstances, handle pressure, and maintain composure while ensuring smooth logistics operations
-Ability to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvement initiatives, and monitor performance metrics.
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
