We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist to assist in executing hybrid workstreams and the return-to-work process. The individual will be responsible for various aspects of projects, including building a schedule and logistics, drafting a communication strategy and communications, supporting the rollout to employees, and transitioning the return-to-work solutions to the real estate operations team for ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
-Define and document various Real Estate Operations program scopes, stakeholders, timelines and budget
-Work with vendors and internal clients on detailed logistics to execute programs
-Develop leadership and employee communication strategy
-Draft leadership and employee communications, intranet updates, etc
-Define operational processes to receive and execute on employee requests for Return to Work and Hybrid work environments.
-Collaborate and review proposals with stakeholders including human resources, real estate operations and hybrid working group
-Support the rollout of both programs to employees
-Provide regular stakeholder updates that can be used to brief real estate leadership and hybrid steering committee
-Assess & mitigate risks/actions/decisions/issues and escalate as needed
-Support other hybrid/real estate workstreams as workload/capacity allows and assigned Competencies
-Demonstrates perseverance in delivering work and problem-solving.
-Manages execution of activities by asking the right questions(s) to clear a path for task completion.
-Strong communication skills to support relationships; engages with and influences others.
-Executes with excellence while paying attention to detail and provides visibility to the status and progress of the work.
Qualifications
-5 years of Project Management or Corporate Real Estate/Facilities experience
-Comprehensive proficiency in MS Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
-Excellent verbal and written communication
